Interactive displays built for busy South African retail floors
We supply interactive touchscreen kiosks and 360-degree product display stands that fit the pace of retail in South Africa. Whether you are running a mall store in Sandton, a high-footfall site in Johannesburg CBD, or a showroom in Durban with coastal humidity to contend with, the aim is the same: get more attention on the floor and make product information easier to use.
Our touchscreen kiosks are used for product browsing, self-service information, promotions, store maps and campaign sign-up points. The 360-degree display stands let customers view packaged products from every angle, which is handy for appliances, electronics, beauty items, accessories and other stock where detail matters. Units can be supplied as standard or adjusted to suit your layout, brand colours and store rules.

What we supply and how it fits into your store
Every store uses space differently, so we start with the item you actually need. Some clients want a single kiosk near the entrance. Others need several display points spread across a sales floor or a combination of touch screens and rotating product stands in one area. We work with stores that need simple customer guidance as well as retailers that want structured product interaction with pricing, features and promotional content on screen.
We also take care of the practical details that keep the equipment working day to day. That includes cable planning, power considerations during load-shedding, local network setup and protection of equipment in busy retail spaces. If your store is near the coast in Cape Town or Durban, we take humidity and ongoing maintenance into account from the start.
- Site assessments to measure space, power access and traffic flow
- Solution design based on your products, store layout and customer journey
- Content loading for product ranges, offers and in-store messaging
- Preventative servicing to reduce breakdowns and downtime
- Fault repairs and parts replacement when equipment needs attention
How we work from first visit to installation
Our process is straightforward. We visit the site, assess the area and discuss what the display must do. Then we design the solution, confirm the branding and content requirements, and plan the delivery and installation around your trading hours. For stores in busy shopping centres, we often work before opening or after hours so the floor can keep trading with less disruption, no fuss.
Once the equipment is in place, we configure the software, connect it to your network where required and train your staff on basic use. We also make sure the team knows how to load new content, restart the unit properly and identify common issues before they become a bigger problem. If you want ongoing cover, we can set up a support retainer for planned assistance and quicker response times.
