Leadership That Keeps Projects Moving

Sibusiso Mthembu leads iTouch 360 from the Midrand base with a clear focus on reliable service for South African retailers. Since 2012, he has guided the business through store roll-outs, product changes and the day to day demands of retail sites from Sandton to Durban, always with an eye on delivery dates, site access and what works in a live store.

He works closely with the wider team to make sure each project is handled with proper planning, whether the brief is for a single interactive kiosk or a full network of 360-degree product display stands across several branches.

Operations And Project Coordination

Lerato Khumalo keeps the operation organised from the first enquiry through to handover. She manages schedules, checks site readiness and makes sure the moving parts line up, including stock movement, install dates and follow-up servicing. Her work is especially important when a retailer needs several stores covered at once across Johannesburg, Pretoria and Cape Town.

Megan Naidoo supports the project flow with careful coordination of timelines, documentation and client updates. She helps keep the details in order, which matters when content loading, software configuration and installation all need to happen in the right sequence. Her calm approach helps clients know exactly what is happening and when.

  • Site visit planning and install scheduling
  • Client updates and project tracking
  • Handover notes and support follow-up

Technical Expertise On Site And Behind The Scenes

Johan van Wyk leads the technical side of the work. He handles software configuration, network integration and fault diagnosis for interactive touchscreen kiosks and display stands used in busy retail environments. His attention to detail is especially valuable in stores where power interruptions, patchy Wi-Fi or tight floor layouts can affect performance.

Thabo Molefe supervises installations on site and makes sure equipment is fitted securely, level and ready for use. He works with store teams to keep the process practical and safe, even in busy malls or during after-hours fitments. His experience helps avoid delays and keeps the installation neat and functional.

  • Network checks and device setup
  • Installation supervision and final testing
  • Preventative servicing and fault repairs
  • Parts replacement when wear or damage occurs

Retail Solutions Built Around The Store Floor

Anele Dlamini works with retailers to understand the store layout, product mix and customer flow before recommending the right solution. She looks at where shoppers pause, how they move through the space and what kind of interaction will support sales, education or product discovery. That makes her input useful for flagship stores, regional roll-outs and smaller retail sites alike.

Her approach is practical. She helps match the right format to the right environment, whether the need is for a touchscreen kiosk near a promotion bay or a rotating product display stand in a high-traffic area. This helps clients get more value from every square metre of floor space, especially in stores where every display needs to earn its place.

Support That Continues After Installation

Zanele Mokoena leads client support and keeps after-sales service on track. She helps retailers with training, service queries and support retainers, so staff know how to use the equipment and who to contact if anything needs attention. Her work is important for chains that want consistent support across branches in Midrand, Centurion, Bloemfontein and beyond.

She also helps monitor recurring issues and makes sure maintenance visits are planned before small problems become store disruptions. In retail, that kind of follow-through matters, especially where trading hours are long and there is little room for equipment downtime.

  • Staff training for in-store teams
  • Support retainers for ongoing service
  • Scheduled preventative servicing
  • Responsive fault logging and resolution

A Team Grounded In Local Retail Needs

The iTouch 360 team understands what South African retailers need from in-store technology: reliable operation, clear messaging and support that is easy to access. Whether the site is affected by load-shedding, coastal humidity in Durban or strict mall rules in Gauteng, the team plans with those conditions in mind so the solution keeps working in real stores, not just in theory.

From the Midrand showroom to supply routes serving Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Durban and Bloemfontein, every person on the team plays a part in keeping projects moving. Their strength is not just technical skill but a shared habit of doing the work properly, checking the details and staying accountable after the install is complete.
