Where We Deliver and Install Across South Africa

Our delivery areas cover major retail centres and surrounding business districts in Gauteng, the Western Cape, KwaZulu-Natal and the Free State. If your store is in Midrand, Johannesburg, Pretoria, Centurion or Sandton, we can usually coordinate site visits, delivery and installation with short lead times. We also support retailers in Cape Town, Durban and Bloemfontein, with planning based on access, store trading hours and any centre rules that apply.

For multi-branch retailers, we can align one rollout across several sites so your kiosks and product stands arrive in sequence, with the same setup requirements at each location. That helps when you need one standard look in different provinces and dont want each branch handled differently.

How We Handle Support by Region

Support starts with a quick review of your site, the product type and the space available in-store. Our team then matches the right solution to the branch, whether it is a touchscreen kiosk near the entrance or a 360-degree display stand on the floor. In dense retail areas like Sandton and central Pretoria, we plan around loading bays, security checks and access times. In coastal areas like Cape Town and Durban, we also consider humidity, salt air and how equipment will be protected during storage and installation.

  • Midrand Showroom and nearby Gauteng branches for viewing and planning
  • Johannesburg Supply and Sandton Support for busy metro retail sites
  • Pretoria Supply and Centurion Support for city and suburban stores
  • Cape Town Supply, Durban Supply and Bloemfontein Supply for wider regional coverage

What Happens When You Book a Site Assessment

A site assessment gives us the details needed for a clean install. We check floor space, power points, network access, customer flow and where the display will work best without blocking aisles. If your branch is inside a shopping centre, we also take note of operating hours, permit requirements and any rules for equipment movement after trading. This is often the best step before you commit to a rollout, especially if the store is busy or the layout is tight.

From there, we can advise on solution design, custom branding, content loading and software configuration. If your team is planning a display in a store with load-shedding backup or limited network access, we can factor that in early so the unit is ready for real trading conditions.

Installation, Training and Ongoing Servicing

Once delivery is confirmed, our installation team fits the unit, tests the setup and shows your staff how to use it. We keep the handover practical, so your team knows how to start the system, update content and flag issues early. For larger retailers, we can also arrange support retainers, preventative servicing and scheduled checks across several branches.

  • Delivery installation with on-site testing
  • Network integration and software configuration
  • Staff training for day-to-day use
  • Fault repairs and parts replacement when needed

If a unit needs attention later, our support process is straightforward. We look at the fault, confirm the part or service required and arrange the next step without dragging things out.

Retail Areas We Commonly Cover

We work across a wide mix of retail settings, from standalone shops to shopping centres, forecourts and showroom spaces. Our main delivery and support areas are chosen because they have strong retail activity and regular demand for customer-facing display solutions. That includes the main commercial routes in Johannesburg and Pretoria, the expanding retail belts in Centurion and Midrand, and the high footfall zones in Cape Town and Durban.

Some stores need a single display unit, while others need a full rollout across multiple locations. In both cases, the goal stays the same: get the right product in the right branch, with the right setup for the store environment.

How to Confirm Service in Your Area

If you are not sure whether your branch falls inside our current coverage, use the enquiry form on our contact page and send your location, store type and what you need installed. Include the town or suburb, whether it is a single site or a chain rollout, and if you need delivery only or full installation. That lets our team confirm the best route and timing for your order.

We prefer to plan properly rather than rush equipment into a store without enough detail. That way the delivery goes smoother, the installation is neater and the display is ready for use with less disruption to trading.
